André Favory

Available
72 x 50 cm Oil on canvas
In 1913, André Favory created the composition The Agitation of Paris (no. 20). He initially worked on the canvas in a figurative manner, drawing the buildings and architectural elements such as the balcony. He then vigorously brushed in full semi-circular forms that echo each other in the center of the composition, tending towards abstraction.
